Donations can be made as either one-time or recurring donations.

A one-time donation can be made via MobilePay, by bank transfer, or by requesting an invoice by email. The minimum one-time donation by bank transfer is EUR 5. The minimum donation when paying by invoice is EUR 50.

To request an invoice, please send us the following information by email: donor’s name and address, donation amount, preferred invoice date. We will send the invoice by email. You cannot order an invoice on behalf of another person. 

Recurring donations are made via MobilePay. A recurring donation is an ongoing agreement valid until further notice, under which the amount selected by the donor is charged automatically once a month. Monthly donations do not require a fixed-term commitment. The donation amount and payment date are determined according to the donor’s selections and MobilePay’s terms and conditions. Donors may change the amount and payment date of their monthly donation directly in the MobilePay app.

Payments made via MobilePay are subject to MobilePay’s own terms and conditions.

MobilePay will change its name to Vipps on 12 January 2027. The terms and conditions will remain unchanged, despite the change of name.

One-time donations cannot be cancelled. Donors may terminate their monthly donation at any time directly in the MobilePay app.
